Are refunds allowed ?
cancellations and refunds are accepted if we didn't shipped your produt yet. a return is possible within 14 days of receipt of the product without it being open or damaged. If there is an error with your order, please contact us before dispatch
How long shipping will take ?
all orders are usually sent within 1 week if stock avalaible, 3-5 WEEKS FOR PREORDERed ITEMS. you can track your order in the tracking email you receive after dispatch. allow 3-13 BUSINESS DAYS for delivery. i am a one person team so please be patient

If a package is returned due to incorrect shipping information, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.

once an order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the postal carrier, I am unable to refund or replace orders that are lost or delayed in transit.
